The offerings of SkillPathNow are subject to availability. Orders are only considered accepted after written confirmation by SkillPathNow. The contract is established upon receipt of confirmation by the client or when SkillPathNow begins providing the service.

Content, methods, and timeframes in our materials and on the website serve as guidance and may be adjusted to meet current industry requirements and specific client needs optimally.
Payment for training and consulting services is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice without deduction, unless other payment terms have been agreed upon. For long-term training engagements or comprehensive development programs, individual payment plans may be arranged. Payments are made by bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods indicated on the website. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to charge default interest at the statutory rate and to withdraw from the contract.

We reserve the right to make content adjustments to best meet the needs of clients and to take into account current industry requirements. For individual training appointments, free rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the agreed time.

We assume no liability for consequences resulting from non-compliance with our recommendations or from the use of our training materials for purposes other than those agreed upon. SkillPathNow's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
All training materials, methods, concepts, and digital content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of SkillPathNow. They are provided to clients only for the agreed use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
SkillPathNow commits to absolute confidentiality regarding all personal and company-related information disclosed during training and consulting. Confidentiality remains in effect after the completion of the collaboration. References and testimonials are used only with the express permission of the companies concerned.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of SkillPathNow in Zurich, Switzerland.
